What styles of socks are available?
Kiwi Sock Shop provides a variety of products in various colours and styles. Including Outdoor and Leisure, Work Socks, Cotton Socks, Bamboo Socks and various Health Socks including Diabetic and Flight and Travel Socks.

What are the washing instructions?
Washing instructions vary for different products and styles and are listed on the sock label.

How can I pay?
We offer three payment methods you are able to pay through PayPal, Stripe including Debit and Credit payments and Manual Offline Payments.

No Credit Card? No Problem!
Simply order as normal, and choose 'Off-line Payment' at the checkout. We will send you an order confirmation along with our bank details so you transfer payment directly, without the need for a credit card.

How much is shipping?
For orders under $50 we charge $4.95 for shipping. Every order over $50 qualifies for free shipping.

When will my order ship?
All orders are processed and sent within 2 working days of payment and generally take 4-5 business days to reach their destination. This may vary in busy seasons.
